Cupcake Factory ("the game") is published by Winslow Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is involved when you play the game, who handles it, and the choices you have.
In short: we do not ask for your name or email address, we have no accounts, and we do not run our own servers for the game. Your progress stays on your device. The game shows ads, and our advertising partners collect device and ad information to deliver and measure them.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress and settings (for example coins, level, and whether sound is muted) are saved on your device. This information is not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes it.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. The game receives a record of the purchase from Apple so it can deliver what you bought and restore it if you reinstall. Apple's handling of your information is described in Apple's privacy policy.
Advertising
The game is free to play and shows ads, including optional ads you can choose to watch for a reward. Ads are delivered by Unity LevelPlay, which selects ads from advertising networks including Unity Ads. We may add further ad networks through LevelPlay in future; this policy will be updated when we do.
To choose, deliver, and measure ads, and to detect fraud and ad-quality problems, these partners may collect information from your device such as:
- device and operating-system information (model, iOS version, language, screen size);
- an identifier for this app on your device (the "identifier for vendors"), and an identifier the ad network assigns to this installation;
- your IP address, from which an approximate location (such as country or city) can be inferred;
- how you interact with ads, such as views, taps, and whether an ad finished;
- general app usage, such as when and for how long the game is played;
- in-app purchase history, such as which items were bought (not your payment details, which only Apple sees);
- performance data about ad delivery, such as loading times;
- your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking when iOS asks.

We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not receive the individual device information described above; we receive only aggregated reports, such as how many ads were shown and what they earned.
Your tracking choice
iOS asks whether you allow Cupcake Factory to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, your advertising identifier is not shared and you will see ads that are not personalised to you. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
What we do not collect
The game does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or health information, and it has no user accounts. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and use it only to reply.
Children
Cupcake Factory is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention and deletion
Information stored on your device is removed when you delete the game. Information collected by our advertising partners is retained and deleted under their policies; you can use the links above to make requests to them directly, or contact us and we will help.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to personalised advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
